Rental Redux
Client: Witheld
Budget: $170,000.00

This project was a full renovation of an existing rowhouse in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC. The owner purchased the property for it’s rental potential and wanted to renovate it in such a way as to maximize the future leasing rate. The overall plan was streamlined and the finishes were upgraded throughout along with new exterior siding and roof. Because it is bounded on both sides several new skylights were also installed which dramatically helped to bring natural light deep into the residence.
